The operating system for a New York architecture, engineering & construction consultancy. What started as a client-portal request via Softr's marketplace expanded into automated lead intake with an in-house sales desk (replacing an outsourced call-answering service), AI-assisted contract generation, and an AEC operations platform — a zoning/requirements database, permit-application workflow, and a vendor database with automated work-request triggers, with aerial and site imagery surfaced in one project view. Built on Softr + Airtable + Make.com on an ongoing operational retainer.
