This unlocks tightly controlled booking flows for sales, success, and onboarding teams: every prospect or member gets a unique link that expires after one use, so you can pair scheduling with qualification, gating, or premium experiences across member portals, admin tools, and client-facing apps.

- Open your Softr app and go to Workflows.
- Create a new workflow and add the Create scheduling link Calendly action.
- Click Connect to Calendly and authorize Softr to access your Calendly account.

- Wire the generated link into the next step — send it via email, store it on a record, or display it in your app.
