Overview
The Softr Landbot integration lets your workflows send messages through a Landbot chatbot and react when a conversation captures a response. Trigger a chatbot flow from a form submission, sign-up, or record change, and pass along the data your app already has — or start a workflow the moment someone completes a conversation.
In a typical Softr app, Landbot handles the conversational side of your product: a client portal starts a WhatsApp flow for onboarding, a support widget captures a request through chat, and the responses flow straight back into your Softr records without manual copy-paste.

- New response receivedStarts a workflow when a contact submits an answer in a Landbot conversation.
